Is this an internship or a job?
It is a paid virtual work experience inside a simulated company. You are not employed by Strive or an external company, and it does not guarantee an internship or job.
How is this different from a course?
You work through an engineering situation: get context from AI teammates, read existing code, write and test an implementation, and explain your decisions. The experience centres on doing a task rather than watching a sequence of lectures.
Are the teammates and mentor real people?
The in-product team, including Tara, consists of AI characters. Vaibhav is a real Strive co-founder who hosts the separate live group closing session. Daily one-to-one human code review is not included in this description.
Can I put it on my resume?
Yes—describe the work you actually completed and clearly label it virtual or simulated. Put it under Projects or Virtual Work Experience. Do not present it as employment or work commissioned by a real employer.
What if I’m still learning to code?
You should be comfortable reading and writing basic code. The preview task uses JavaScript. Try the free work check, or share your name and WhatsApp to discuss fit before paying.
What happens after I share my number?
