These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Strive, including the Strive mobile application, website, and related features and services (collectively, the “Service”). Strive is operated by TalentForge (“TalentForge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Strive. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Strive provides AI-assisted career preparation and professional-development experiences, which may include interview practice, personalised exercises, feedback, mentoring interactions, career-related guidance, and related content.
The Service is designed to support learning and preparation. It does not guarantee employment, an interview, admission, promotion, compensation, or any other professional outcome. AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing information, exercising your own judgment, and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials and verification codes. Tell us promptly at connect@talentforge.co.in if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorised to use, or allow others to misuse your account.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to protect users, the Service, and third parties.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Strive, such as profile information, documents, messages, answers, and voice notes (“User Content”). You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, fraud-prevention, and security retention.
Our handling of personal information, including our use of service providers and our position on external AI-model training, is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, exercises, text, graphics, and other content supplied by us, is owned by or licensed to TalentForge and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own lawful career preparation and professional development. No other rights are granted.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, communications, analytics, hosting, error monitoring, and AI-processing providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Some features may be free, in early access, or offered on a paid basis. If you choose a paid feature, the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and any specific cancellation or refund terms presented at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.
Except where a purchase flow expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires it, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Strive is evolving and may include beta or early-access features. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable usage limits; or perform maintenance. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material change that adversely affects users.
You may stop using Strive at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable charges, or used the Service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued payment obligations—will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentForge and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) INR 1,000. This limitation does not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, you and TalentForge agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and allowing 30 days for a response.
Subject to any mandatory rights or forums available under applicable law, courts in Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when required, provide additional notice. Material changes will apply prospectively. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms shown to you, form the agreement between you and TalentForge regarding the Service.
